Alpha – The villa has an area of 450 m2. 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a private pool. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a laundry room. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 dressing rooms and 2 terraces. The third floor has an office, a bathroom, a free area and a huge terrace.

Long-term rent is the rent of the villa from two months.
The first and last month is paid + security deposit in the amount of a monthly fee, also pay
monthly utilities (electricity, water and internet) up to 500 euros per month. More detailed
information can be obtained from the manager.

– Rates include VAT.
– Prices are per penthouse per night.
– In addition a municipal tax and insurance of EUR 1.50 per night per guest aged 18 years and
over will be charged.
– Municipal tax and insurance of 1,00 EUR per night per guest between 12 and 18 years old will
be charged additionally.
– Municipal tax is not charged for children under 12 years old. However, a EUR 0,50 insurance is
compulsory.
– The beach is available to our guests for an additional fee.
– Additional guests are charged €150.00 per person if the standard accommodation rate is
exceeded.
– For children and infants under 12 years old free of charge, including breakfast and crib if
needed.
– Maximum occupancy is four adults + child.
-Upon check-in, a security deposit of 300 euros is paid in cash, which we will return upon
departure in the absence of any damage.
– Upon request, pets – dogs and cats up to 10 kg are allowed in the penthouse. There is a daily
fee of EUR 55.00, advance notice is required. In case of violation of the rules will be applied
penalties.
– Smoking is forbidden by law in any of our indoor areas. Fines of EUR 2000,00 will be levied in
case of violation of the rules.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
– Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
– In order for the reservation to be valid, you must pay 40% of the total amount at the time of
booking.
– The remaining 60% can be paid from 30 days prior to check-in by credit card, debit card, bank
transfer or at check-in in cash.
– In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival, the entire amount paid will be refunded
to the guest.
– For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be
retained by Cape Villas.
– In case of cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in time is from 16:00 h and check-out time is until 11:00 h. A fee may be charged for
longer stays. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability on the respective day.
– Check-in is at 16:00 – Early check-in between 12:00 and 16:00 will incur an additional charge of
25% of the room rate, subject to availability.
– Early check-in between 09:00 and 12:00 will incur a 50% surcharge, subject to availability.
– Early check-in before 09:00 a.m. surcharge is 100% of room rate subject to availability.
– Check-out at 11:00 a.m. – Late check-out between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. will incur an
additional charge of 25% of the room rate, subject to availability.
– Late check-out between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. will incur a 50% surcharge, subject to
availability.
– Late check-out after 18:00 will incur a surcharge of 100% of the room rate, subject to
